KlosLead ("we", "us", "our") provides a customer relationship management platform for real estate agents ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information from connected third-party services you choose to use.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and agency/organization details provided at signup.
• Lead data: contact details and interaction history for leads you add, import, or manage within the Service.
• WhatsApp messaging data: message content and metadata sent or received through our WhatsApp integration (via Meta's WhatsApp Business API), used solely to operate outreach and lead-response features on your behalf.
• Google Drive and Google Sheets data: if you choose to import data using our Google Drive Picker integration, we access only the specific spreadsheet file(s) you select through the picker interface. For a selected spreadsheet, we use the Google Sheets API to read that file's tab names and cell values so we can automatically detect and import project/lead rows into your account. We do not request or receive access to your broader Google Drive contents, and we do not access any spreadsheet, folder, or file you have not explicitly selected.
• Usage data: device information, log data, and general usage patterns used to maintain and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including lead management and WhatsApp outreach features.
• To process files you explicitly import via Google Drive.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and Service updates.
• To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including fraud and abuse prevention.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — website and application hosting.
• Meta / YCloud — WhatsApp Business messaging delivery.
• Google — Drive Picker file selection and Google Sheets API access, limited to the spreadsheet file you explicitly choose to import.
• AI processing providers used to power in-app assistant features, limited to the data necessary to generate a response.

4. Google Drive and Google Sheets Access

Our use of Google Drive and Google Sheets data is limited to the file-level access you explicitly grant through the Google Drive Picker at the moment of import. We do not store your Google account credentials, and we do not access, scan, or retain any Drive or Sheets files beyond the specific spreadsheet you select for import.

When you select a spreadsheet, we read its tab names and cell values via the Google Sheets API in order to detect and import project/lead rows. This data is used only to populate the import preview in your account and is not shared with any third party other than the service providers listed in Section 3, and is not used for advertising.

KlosLead's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. Deleted leads are held in a recoverable state for a limited period before permanent removal. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted data storage, row-level access controls, and restricted API access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
