These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KlosLead (the "Service"), a customer relationship management platform for real estate agents. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
KlosLead provides lead management, WhatsApp outreach, and related tools for property agents, including optional import of data from Google Drive via the Google Drive Picker.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the lead and business data you upload or import into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Google Drive import feature, KlosLead only accesses the specific spreadsheet file you explicitly select via the Google Drive Picker. For that selected file, we use the Google Sheets API to read its tabs and cell values so we can detect and import rows into your account. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. Our handling of this data is described further in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google (Drive Picker and Sheets API), Meta (WhatsApp Business API), Supabase, and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these third-party providers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlosLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
