How dual WhatsApp buttons work:
When you tap a WA button on a lead, it opens WhatsApp with the pre-filled message ready to send. The two buttons are just labels to help you remember which number you're sending from — make sure you're logged into the right WhatsApp account on your device before tapping.

If you have 2 phones, use Phone A for your Primary number and Phone B for your Secondary number. If you use one phone with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business, label them accordingly.
